Site or site's section must meet the following requirements before being submitted for
listing consideration in the Award Sites! Free Resources and must have an English version.  (Do not proceed any further if your site contains  pornography and/or offensive content, graphics, and/or links.)

1. Site, micro site, or specific site section must be free and beneficial to visitors of Award Sites!

2. It can involve any aspect of the Internet including design tips, graphics, html, software, technology, marketing, e-commerce, health, legal, and etc . . . if it relates to the first criteria.

3. Site must be finished, exhibit quality design, and provide easy navigation no matter what type of resource or possible value. (Homeland Security sites will be listed if completed and design is acceptable.)

4. Cannot submit site's main URL if only a section of it is a free resource.  (Entire site must be a free resource.)

5. Site with micro sites or specific sections can be listed in a maximum of two categories, but must submit separately with different URLs and descriptions for the respective categories.  Otherwise, suggest a new category that fits the free resources listed on your site.

6. Privacy statement related to COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) needs to be evident if your site accepts any information, including email address, from children under 13.

7. Age Requirement - The submitter should be 17 years or older. And while AWARD SITES! does not require or verify the age of an individual providing information, it will remove a site if it is determined the submitter is under 14 years old.

8. Resources related to winning awards are ineligible since this subject is covered by individual listed rated award programs, the articles section, and the Assembly.
